Gastronoma vacuum packs
are perfect for sealing both wet and dry foods. Ideal if you want to extend the
shelf life of your food, for marinating or cooking meat, fish, and vegetables
in sous vide. Normally it can take hours to marinate your food properly, but by
vacuum sealing it, it can be done in 20 minutes. The device has a max. welding
width of 30 cm, as well as integrated cutting function. Fully automatic control
panel is very easy to use: simply insert the prepared bag, close the lid,
choose vac seal or seal and the machine will do the rest for you. If you have
vacuum containers or wine corks, you can use the appliance to suck the air out
of the containers or wine bottles using the hose provided, allowing the
contents to last longer.
