1. ORDER When ordering, an agreement is reached on purchase when Teknikproffset Nordic AB (556998-9329), hereinafter referred to as "Teknikproffset", has confirmed the order via email. The order confirmation is generated automatically without manual review.
If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact customer service.
To be allowed to shop at Teknikproffset, you must be 18 years of age or have a guardian's consent.
1.1 PRICES All prices include VAT. The shopping cart shows the total price for the goods, including VAT, shipping and any invoicing fee.
1.2 CANCELLATION As long as your order has not been processed, it is possible to stop it by contacting Customer Service. Enter the order number and full name, then we will confirm if it is possible to cancel your order. NOTE! Even if you contacted us before the order was processed, we may not have time to read your email before your order is sent. If the order has already been processed, you can return it to us when you have received the delivery.

1.4 CLERICAL ERROR We reserve the right to make typographical errors in the form of factual and price information and reserve the right to correct this afterwards. Information and specifications on the site are indicative and may be changed by the manufacturer without notice. All information is provided with a reservation for printing errors, and photos are indicative. Teknikproffset has the right to correct any possible errors and to change or update the information at any time.
1.5 MASS ORDERS We reserve the right to stop bulk orders or limit purchases to a maximum of 1 per purchase or customer.
2.1 CARD PAYMENT We accept VISA / MasterCard. Select payment method "With Card" at checkout. No transaction cost will be added. Upon payment, the amount is reserved in your account and is only deducted when your order is sent from us. We reserve the right not to process orders if we believe we have reason to do so (eg in case of suspicion of fraudulent purchase). If this is the case, no money will be deducted from the card and the order will be deleted.
2.2 DIRECT PAYMENT VIA TRUSTLY Select payment method "Directly from your bank" at checkout. No transaction cost will be added. You are transferred to your own bank where you make the payment, then you are sent back to us to receive your order confirmation. In the case of direct payment, the amount is charged to your account directly.

By submitting or requesting information in Qliro Checkout you accept our terms and conditions as well as the processing of your personal data. Bank card payments through Qliro Checkout are processed in systems fully compliant with the card schemes security standard, PCI-DSS.

2.3 GENERAL TERMS OF USAGE The following terms (“Terms and Conditions”) are applicable to the usage of the service Qliro One which is provided by Qliro AB, organization number 556962-2441, Box 195 25, 104 32 Stockholm, Sweden (“Qliro”).
We reserve the right to perform identity checks as required to verify your identity and to fulfil legal requirements on the services provided by Qliro. During identity verification Qliro may use both internal data and data gathered from external sources.
Qliro One may only be used for the purpose of making purchases in agreement with these terms and conditions. Qliro holds the right to immediately block users from continuing to use Qliro One in cases of abuse of the checkout, or any other services provided by Qliro. Abuse of this type include violation of these terms and conditions and/or terms for any other of Qliro’s services as well as purposeful use of misleading or incorrect information. Qliro maintains the right to store information in connection with abuse to protect its rights and interests, and/or to facilitate law enforcement or regulatory investigations/proceedings. 2.4 PAYMENT In Qliro One you are given the opportunity to choose the method of payment of your choice. Paying methods that may be available include: bank card payment and direct payment. The usage of Qliro One is free of charge; however, your payment/credit provider or financial institution may charge you for certain transactions and/or currency conversion/foreign transaction fees. Qliro has no control or insight into such fees and is not responsible for such costs. Please review the terms provided by your payment/credit provider or financial institution to be aware of such fees and please contact them with any questions.
All the terms connected to your choice of payment will be available prior to you finishing your purchase and you are required to accept the terms for your payment method of choice. Qliro owns the right to add additional payment methods or delete current methods at any time without notice.
If you have used Qliro One previously and accepted the “Remember me” function of Qliro One, Qliro will use such information to confirm your identity in order to make your use of Qliro One more simple.
2.7 CHANGES OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS Qliro holds the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you. If you are not pleased with Qliro’s handling of your complaint you may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN). Qliro will participate in such proceedings. You can also contact ARN through their website: www.arn.se or by physical letter to: Box 174, 113 43 Stockholm, Sweden. You can also submit your dispute in any official language of the European Union via the online ODR-platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr provided by the European Commission. The dispute will be forwarded to ARN.
Qliro is not responsible for any harm caused directly, or indirectly by usage of Qliro One, except from what follows from the Terms and Condtions and binding legislation. These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any potential disputes over usage of Qliro Checkout are subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
2.9 REFUND When you cancel an order that has not been sent, we usually refund you within 1-2 days, but no later than within 14 days. If you have chosen card payment, no money has normally been deducted and no refund will therefore be made.
3. RETURN / COMPLAINT AND WARRANTY
3.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL As a consumer (private person), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you have received an item we have sent you. You do not have to state a reason when you regret your purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day when you or any third party, but not the transport company received the goods or in partial delivery when you or any third party, but not the transport company received the last goods physically.
The product must be complete. This means that all accessories (remote control, operating instructions, batteries, etc.) must be included in the return.
Some product areas are not covered by the right of withdrawal, if the product's sealing or sealing is broken. A seal means that a package has a seal, which cannot be opened without breaking the seal. The right of withdrawal normally provides a refund in full. If the product has been handled to a greater extent than necessary, we deduct the depreciation of a product. Normally, the deduction is our cost price to replace missing, used or damaged goods or parts of goods, but can also be a deduction for reduced value due to how the product was used.
To avoid problems when you want use your right of withdrawal, contact customer service before sending goods back if you are unsure.
Companies have no right of withdrawal.
4. PRIVACY AND SECURITY PERSONAL DATA
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information such as name, address and telephone number (Personal number when paying invoices). In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document communications that we have with you via e-mail, this to provide the service that you expect from us.
Teknikproffset will not disclose your personal information to third parties. If you want to subscribe to our e-mails, we will send you information and product offers via e-mail. This can be easily removed by clicking on a link at the bottom of the email. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted.
Teknikproffset reserves the right to communicate marketing material via SMS and email during major campaigns. Subscription can take place according to instructions in the respective mailing.
Teknikproffset protects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decision, non-delivery from subcontractors, or similar event beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen and affects agreements entered into by Teknikproffset, which means that Teknikproffset can not keep said agreement, shall form the basis that Teknikproffset is released from its obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
