Slowcookers are the solution for those who love to eat long-cooked dinners but don't quite have the time to stand at the stove all day. The slow cooker does the work for you while you do other things. Just prepare the ingredients the night before or in the morning and come home to a delicious freshly cooked dinner after work. To know what size you need, there is a rule of thumb that a pot with a capacity of 1.5l-3l is suitable for dinner for 2 people. A 3-5l capacity can cook for 3-4 people and a 5l capacity and above can cook for five people or more.
