Tips for hearing aid batteries
Wait a minute or so after removing the protective tape before inserting the battery into the hearing aid. After one minute, the battery will have been activated by the oxygen in the air. Doing this will both extend the life of the battery and improve the sound quality of the hearing aid.
Batteries should be stored at room temperature for optimal life.
Be careful not to put hearing aid batteries loose in bags, pockets or similar, as they can be damaged if they come into contact with metal objects.
When using a drying bag or drying jar, you can remove the batteries while the electronics are drying.
