Molly's Game is based on the true story of Molly Bloom (Jessica Chastain) - a young, charismatic and ambitious Olympic ski jumper who is forced to put the sport on the shelf after a serious injury. Molly gets a summer job that paves the way for a dynamic career that requires the same discipline and drive as being a top athlete. She is to host the world's most exclusive underground poker game with pools in the millions and a select few players. Molly's Game, the female version of 'The Wolf of Wall Street', has already garnered rave reviews at the Toronto Film Festival and is a clear favorite for the upcoming Oscar nominations. The film marks the directorial debut of Oscar-nominated screenwriter Aaron Sorkin (A Question of Honor, The Social Network and Moneyball).
