Doug (Bud Spencer) and Rosco (Terence Hill) are two luck-makers who are mistaken for a pair of CIA agents and are soon equipped with all the CIA's technical tricks to solve a special case: They must stop the criminal mastermind who is planning to steal America's newly developed space shuttle. The chase takes them through a funfair, a nightclub and a glue factory, which of course leads to a lot of destruction.
