Armed with nunchakus and a Magnum 44, martial arts expert and former CIA agent Black Dynamite takes to the streets to exact revenge on the man who murdered his brother. In the process, he uncovers The Man who has a bigger plan. He pumps drugs into the local orphanages and floods the ghetto with beer in an attempt to weaken The Black Man's strongest powers.
