The film's main role is based on world citizen and foreign correspondent Morgan Pålsson and his slightly more serious cameraman Robert Flycht from the series Hipp Hipp!. After shaming Sweden in their latest report, Morgan and Robert are sent to the fictional North African country of Matóbo to monitor an election that nobody really cares about.
