Four ugly fish (Duck Soup)
Four Dangerous Suitors (Horse Feathers)
The Cocoanuts (The Cocoanuts)

DUCK SOUP: The political satire Duck Soup is the Marx brothers' funniest and funniest film. Groucho plays Rufus T. Firefly, the insane dictator of the fictional country of Freedonia. Harpo and Chico play spies working on behalf of Groucho's political rival, the sly Trentino (Louis Calhern). The film contains many of the brothers' famous scenes, such as the perpetual brawl around the lemonade and peanut stand The parody of Paul Revere, We're Going To War - the number, a beautiful parody of 1930s musicals, the hysterically funny mirror scene and the big showdown, which has been copied by everyone from Woody Allen to Mad Magazine.

HORSE FEATHERS: The Essential Marx Brothers Comedy. Groucho, Harpo, Chico, and yes, Zeppo too, are at their manic best in this festive, anarchic parody of college life. As a party leader at Huxley College, Groucho tries to keep the students at their word, while also trying to stay close to the flirtatious friend (Thelma Todd), who is secretly trying to fix the big football match between Huxley and arch-rival Darwin University. On the side of the action, and it's often on the side, Horse Feathers contains some of the best sequences ever in film comedy, including the classic showdown in the classroom between Groucho and the students Harpo and Chico, as well as the unforgettable football final. Other gems include all the brothers' personal renditions of Everyone Says I Love You and a scene from a bootleg bar that has given the word swordfish new meaning forever.

ANIMAL CRACKERS: Hooray for Captain Spaulding Animal Crackers is a movie classic that is as funny today as it was fifty years ago. This film introduced Groucho's most famous character, Captain Spaulding, with the song that became the theme song for his TV series You Bet Your Life. Highlights include Groucho's African lecture (One morgen I shot an elephant in my pajamas. How did it get into my pajamas, I don't know) and the card game that Harpo and Chico play with the rich socialite, Mrs. Rittenhouse (Margaret Dumont).

THE COCOANUTS: In the first motion picture of the Marx Brothers', Groucho plays a hotel owner who tries to fleece everyone and everything, from innocent chicks to the wealthy business owner Mrs. Potter (Margaret Dumont). Chico and Harpo play holiday hotel swindlers that Groucho instantly recognizes when their suitcases pop up - empty. We'll fill them up before we leave, Chico assures him. When Mrs. Potter discovers that her jewels are gone, Chico and Harpo rescue the innocent accused hotel assistant Bob Adam (Oscar Shaw), they find the jewels and the real thief, and reunite Bob with the chosen one of his heart, Polly Potter (Mary Eaton).

MONKEY BUSINESS: The four Marx Brothers, Harpo, Chico, Groucho and Zeppo with madness in høy sjø in this classic film comedy. While hiding from the authorities aboard a luxury liner, the four stowaways become bodyguards for rival gangsters, with the same hilarious result. And of course there is no woman who can resist a little ship romance with the cunning and quick-witted Groucho. This laugh-out-loud comedy written by S.J. Perlman, contains some of the Marx Brothers' most twisted performances, including the famous runway scene where everyone pretends to be Maurice Chevalier.
