BetrayedMayor Alderman (John Savage) of Detroit has entered into a partnership with the Russian mafia to better control his city. The deal works well for a while, but then a number of young women start disappearing, and it is clear that the mafia is behind it. Alderman slams the table and puts an end to the partnership, but that is easier said than done. The Russians are not going to let go of control of the city, so they kidnap the mayor's daughter to make him do right. The conflict escalates, and a bloodbath seems inevitable!
