Hoffa floats ashore in Estonia after his stolen escape boat explodes. He tries to start a new life there, but the longing for family is too great and he decides to try to get back to Sweden. Now begins his tough fight to get home to his family. A family that has moved on in life and also believes that he is dead. It also doesn't help that he has a past as a prison escapee and bank robber.
