The Brave, also known as Lazarat, is a 2019 action film based on real events.
In an attempt to be taken seriously by the international community, Albania is trying to clean up its criminal elements. One of them is Vietnam veteran Frank Pedulla (Armand Assante), who has a heavy hand in controlling the drug trade in a small town. A group of police officers, led by Rei (Louis Mandylor), must take on this task. They have no illusions that it will be easy. Frank is a man who fights to the last drop of his blood, and it also helps that he has one of the officers in the palm of his hand.
