Zaid enjoys life as a successful heart surgeon with an expensive apartment and a pregnant girlfriend. One evening, he is visited by his younger brother Yasin, who desperately asks for money, but he is flatly rejected at the door. Soon after, Yasin is found, beaten to death, and Zaid is overwhelmed with guilt. Grief is replaced by anger, and soon Zaid becomes obsessed with finding the unscrupulous perpetrator. As a justice-seeking, masked avenger, he moves into Copenhagen's criminal underworld, and by looking into his own dark side, he is forced towards the ultimate, inevitable choice that could change his entire world.
