Pierce Brosnan plays businessman Mike Regan. He has the perfect life with a beautiful wife, an adorable daughter and a really cool house. A smart house where everything is controlled electronically. When an important presentation is saved from failure by IT consultant Ed, Regan invites the man into his life. Soon, Ed becomes a little too captivated by Regan's daughter, but when his father puts the chair in front of him, Ed begins to bother the family with their technological marvel of a house. The house that once seemed like the smartest thing ever, quickly becomes a high-tech bear trap in the hands of the IT-savvy Ed.
