Samurai Rebellion:
Japan's all-time leading film actor, Toshiro Mifune, plays the aging samurai, Isaburo, in this 18th-century drama. Isaburo's lord and clan leaders order that Isaburo's son should marry his mistress, with whom he is unhappy, even though she has borne him a son. Isaburo is against this, but his son accepts the woman he falls in love with, and Isaburo fully agrees to this, until the gentleman wants his former lover back.
