Takuma Terry Tsurugi returns to take on a yakuza family as they are embezzling money from charities to finance their syndicate operations.

Yakuza boss Otaguro calls in his karate master Takuma Tsurugi to plug a hole in his organization. When Takuma realizes that one of the people he has been tasked with seeking out and destroying is his friend, he is faced with a major dilemma. Should Takuma comply with his boss's wishes, or should he help his friend in the fight against the yakuza?
