Ballerina – From the World of John Wick follows Eve Macarro (Ana de Armas), a lethally trained ballerina raised within the enigmatic Ruska Roma organization – an underworld where beauty and brutality dance hand in hand. When her father is brutally murdered, Eve sets out on a relentless quest for revenge. Her journey becomes a stylish, cold-blooded, and unpredictable fight through a world where every move can be deadly.
The film takes place between John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum and Chapter 4, featuring familiar characters such as John Wick (Keanu Reeves), hotel manager Winston (Ian McShane), the loyal concierge Charon (Lance Reddick in his final role), and the Ruska Roma leader, The Director (Anjelica Huston). At the same time, new faces are introduced to the universe, including Norman Reedus and Gabriel Byrne in key roles.
Ballerina delivers everything fans of the John Wick series love: near-choreographed violence, lavish aesthetics, and a world where the rules are few but the consequences immense.
