Protect the weak in a city of fear.
1920s Shanghai is a city under heavy pressure, partly from the invading Japanese forces, partly from the local mafia. But at night, a masked man begins to appear and attack the city's enemies. He terrorizes everything and everyone in his path, but no one knows his true motives for revenge. The super-talented Donnie Yen plays the lead role and our favorite Asian babe Shu Qi stands by his side.
