IN THE SECOND VICTIM we follow the skilled doctor Alexandra (Özlem Saglanmak), who takes on an extra responsibility during a hectic shift in the neurological department. But her choices have fatal consequences when a misjudgment ends in tragedy. As the blame spreads among everyone involved, Alexandra must face the consequences of her decisions and confront her own powerlessness.
