No one knows Isaiah Bone (Micahel Jai White) and no one knows where he learned to fight like he does, but Bone is a master of martial arts, and suddenly he appears in Los Angeles. Bone quickly finds out that the notorious drug lord, James, is in power in the Los Angeles underworld, and that brutal street fights make up part of James' income. Bone teams up with the hustler Pinball and together they set out to outcompete James' fighter, Hammer, and thus make a dent in James' fortune. But James is not a man you go against with impunity, and Bone is more than just a street fighter. He has a dark secret that affects everyone around him. And when Bone refuses to come to James' stable, all hell breaks loose.
