This robustly designed upper arm blood pressure monitor consists of a cuff - the upper arm band - that you put around your arm. You turn on the blood pressure monitor and the cuff inflates itself and starts the measurement. In the display screen you see the values of the upper pressure (systolic pressure), lower pressure (diastolic pressure) and heart rate. When the measurement is over, the cuff will deflate itself again. So there is no manual pumping involved.
