High quality forged vegetable knife with 13cm long blade. An excellent knife for peeling, slicing and handling small fruit and vegetables. ARCOS knives are professional tools with an excellent price-quality ratio. Manufactured in the Spanish knife-making tradition of the province of Albacete since 1745, the knives are made of forged Nitrum stainless steel with a hardness of C56 on the Rockwell scale. The steel is also produced in Spain.
ARCOS The handle of the Manhattan knives is made of durable and moisture-resistant polyoxymethylene plastic (POM) and its rivets are made of stainless steel resistant to wear. The handles are moulded and attached to the knives in Arcos' own factory. The handles are particularly well shaped and finished for maximum comfort of use.
